Consultants association president 'hopes Varadkar can deliver'

The president of the Irish Hospital Consultants Association is welcoming Leo Varadkar as the new Minister for Health.

Doctor Gerard Crotty said he hoped the Minister could deliver on promises to review the health service budgets.
