Man accused of Cork manslaughter remanded in custody
A 28-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the manslaughter of a father-of-two in Cork last year.
Ciaran Moran, with an address at Judge Darley's Hostel in Benburgh Street in Dublin, was charged over the death of 36-year-old Keith Flanagan on Patrick's Quay on October 3, 2013.
A post mortem found he died from injuries sustained in a blunt-force trauma to the head.
Mr Moran will remain in custody until he appears in court again on September 18.
