A number of healthcare staff involved in the care of Savita Halappanavar have been "disciplined".

A number of healthcare staff involved in the care of Savita Halappanavar have been "disciplined".

Ms Halappanavar died at University Hospital Galway in October 2012 - a week after she was admitted to the hospital when she was 17 weeks' pregnant and miscarrying.
