Noonan to meet ECB boss over bailout deal

The Finance Minister will meet the ECB Chief Mario Draghi today as he steps up his campaign for a deal on Ireland's bailout loans.

Michael Noonan wants to repay up to €18bn of Ireland's €22.5bn IMF debt early, which could save the state up to €400m per year.
