Dublin man receives hospital appointment for late wife who died 14 years ago

A Dublin man has revealed how he received an x-ray appointment for his wife, who died 14 years ago.

A letter arrived from Tallaght hospital this week, advising that Linda Dale, from Drimnagh, had an appointment there on August 6.
