Government set to announce new Cabinet tomorrow

TDs have been told to make themselves available for votes in the Dáil tomorrow - meaning a Cabinet reshuffle is likely to be announced then.

Deputies have been told that there will be no "pairing" available - meaning they cannot pair off with another TD to miss a vote.

Enda Kenny and Joan Burton are due to resume their Coalition talks at lunchtime today.
