Penalty-point cancellations to be discussed by PAC today

The cancellation of fixed charge notices and penalty points will be discussed by the Public Accounts Committee later today.

The Acting Garda Commissioner Noirín O'Sullivan will appear before committee, where members will discuss how the forces' budget was spent in 2012.
