Minister of State Kathleen Lynch has dismissed its a given that some Cabinet ministers and longer serving members within the Labour Party are to be bumped in favour of new blood.

The Labour Party Minister was responding to speculation that Communications Minister Pat Rabbitte and Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs Eamon Gilmore will lose their seats around the cabinet table in the forthcoming reshuffle.
