Survey finds most landlords slow to return rent deposits

A new survey shows 60% of renters say they find it difficult to get their deposits returned from landlords.

That is according to a RED C poll, published by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, to coincide with the launch of a new 'Guide to Security Deposits for Residential Tenancies'.
