'Light at the end of the tunnel' for Tipperary family in Bolivia shooting

The mother of a Tipperary man shot dead in Bolivia says new developments in the case have brought her light at the end of the tunnel.

Michael Dwyer died in a hotel in April 2009, and authorities there claim he was killed, along with two other men in a shootout after earlier fleeing arrest.
