Alan Shatter to appeal ruling over Wallace comments

Alan Shatter is to appeal a ruling that he broke the law in comments he made about another TD, according to a report this morning.

The Irish Independent reports the former Justice Minister's case is due for mention at the Circuit Court tomorrow.
