Noonan accuses FF of taking advantage of banking inquiry vote

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan the Government had to add more members to the banking inquiry to reverse a 'stroke' pulled by Fianna Fáil in the Seanad.

He made his remarks as one of the senators at the centre of the row Michael D'Arcy has indicated he has no intention of standing down.
