A 24-year-old man is due to appear before Dublin District Court this morning, in connection with a fatal crash in Dublin early on Sunday.

A car collided with a pole at James's Street in Dublin 8, killing the passenger.

A man arrested after the crash will appear later in court in connection with the fatal collision.
