An inquest into the death of a Cork man has heard how he died from catastrophic injuries sustained after his car collided with that of a suicidal taxi driver in England.

Con Twomey's 16-month-old son Oisin and his unborn baby daughter Elber Marie also died in the crash on July 6, 2012.
