TDs and Senators warned against use pre-paid envelopes to support candidates

TDs and Senators are being told not to use pre-paid Oireachtas envelopes to promote candidates in next week's local and European elections.

They are also being asked not to provide pre-paid Oireachtas envelopes to candidates.
