Court appearance for man following Lucan bomb discovery

A man is to appear before the Special Criminal Court in Dublin following the discovery of a 30 lb fertiliser bomb in Lucan on Saturday night.

The man, in his 50s, was arrested on Sunday after an Army bomb disposal team dismantled the massive device in the early hours of Saturday morning.
