Taoiseach: Any Budget flexibility will be used for middle-income tax break

The Taoiseach has said any flexibility in the next Budget will be used to give a tax break to middle-income families.

However, Enda Kenny said he could not guarantee tax cuts in October until he was sure the economy was in full recovery.
