Man arrested after 23-year-old dies in Wicklow crash

A young man has died in a crash in Co Wicklow, and another has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The 23-year-old died when the car he was a passenger in hit a wall at Croneyhorn between Shillelagh and Carnew at about 4am today.
