President holds talks with Chicago mayor

The President has held talks with the Mayor of Chicago, as part of his second official visit to the United States.

Michael D Higgins met with Rahm Emanuel in Chicago's City Hall this morning, for what is described as a warm, fruitful and practical meeting.
