Pro Life vigil set for Dublin

Pro Life campaigners will hold a vigil in Dublin city centre later today.

They will stage the demonstration from 3pm at Merrion Square

It is the first of its kind since The Government's Protection of Life during Pregnancy bill came into effect in January.

The group is challenging what it describes as broken political promises and is calling for further public debate on the issue of abortion.
