Labour names Mulligan as by election candidate

The Labour Party has named its candidate to run in the Dublin-West by election.

Loraine Mulligan was the only name to go forward at a selection convention tonight.

By elections in Dublin West and Longford-Westmeath will take place alongside the European and local elections on May 23.
