Gardaí appeal for witnesses to shooting of man at his front door

Gardaí in Co Meath are appealing for witnesses to a shooting at a house in Slane last night.

A 39-year-old man was shot a number of times in the upper body and leg when he answered his front door in Dowth, just before 10pm.
