HSE 'did not follow guidelines' after school caretaker convicted of indecent assault
The HSE did not follow proper guidelines in the case of a Donegal caretaker who continued working at a Gaeltacht school after being convicted of indecent assault, an internal review has found.
Michael Ferry (aged 58) from Carrick Boyle, Gweedore, was convicted in 2002 of indecently assaulting a boy at a former school, where he worked.
