Hogan demands apology from Martin on gerrymandering claims

The Environment Minister Phil Hogan has hit back after Fianna Fáil accused him of manipulating the changes to local boundaries for electoral gain.

Micheál Martin said Hogan was guilty of gerrymandering, but the Hogan insists the Fianna Fáil leader needs to apologise to the Independent Committee.
