Angry residents say Croke Park mediation terms 'miss the point'

Croke Park residents say the terms of reference for a mediation process aimed at resolving the dispute over the Garth Brooks concerts "completely miss the point".

The residents say Croke Park is hosting five more concerts this summer than permitted under planning laws - which they say will cause major disruption and breach their human rights.
