FF: lack of apology to whistleblowers may prevent others coming forward

Fianna Fáil's Justice Spokesperson Niall Collins has claimed a failure by the Justice Minister to apologise to Garda whistleblowers could prevent other potential whistleblowers from coming forward.

His comments come following the publication of the
