FG Árd Fheis kicks off

Fine Gael's Árd Fheis is beginning in Dublin this evening.

The event at the RDS will see party members discuss a range of motions on changes to party policy.

The evening’s events focus on healthcare, with discussions on universal healthcare.

Party members will also vote on motions to ban the sale of tobacco products in pubs and for further regulations on the sale of e-cigarettes.

The two-day event concludes tomorrow evening with a live TV address from the Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
