HSE to publish report on baby deaths at Portlaoise Hospital

A report into the deaths of four babies at the Midland Regional Portlaoise Hospital is to be published later.

The initial investigation has been carried out out by the chief medical officer at the Department of health, Dr Tony Holohan.
