Shannon Aerospace strike put on hold

Strike action by SIPTU members at Shannon Aerospace has been deferred.

The union said it has agreed to enter LRC talks over its dispute involving the company's pension scheme.

The discussions will take place early next week and both sides have agreed not to make any further comment until the talks are completed.
