The Special Criminal Court in Dublin today issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Dublin man who was due to stand trial next week on an IRA membership charge following a garda investigation into paramilitary activity at the funeral of murdered Real IRA leader Alan Ryan in 2012.

The Special Criminal Court in Dublin today issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Dublin man who was due to stand trial next week on an IRA membership charge following a garda investigation into paramilitary activity at the funeral of murdered Real IRA leader Alan Ryan in 2012.

Nathan Kinsella (aged 33) was due to stand trial next Tuesday for membership of an unlawful organisation styling itself the Irish Republican Army, otherwise Oglaigh na hEireann, otherwise the IRA on September 13th, 2012.
