McGuinness: PAC has to decide if Garda whistleblower will testify in public

The Public Accounts Committee has said it is not yet known if a Garda Whistleblower will give evidence in public or private.

The PAC is investigating claims that more than 200 senior Gardaí cancelled penalty points for public figures, family and friends.
