Media reports allowed on family law cases, after Shatter signs reforms into law

The Minister for Justice Alan Shatter has signed into law the reforms in relation to reporting on family and childcare cases before the courts.

The changes to the in-camera rule will allow the media to report on such proceedings, under strict conditions.
