Charge 'likely to be upgraded' in Australia death case

Police in Australia have indicated that charges in relation to the death of a Galway man in Perth may be stepped up.

Abbas Al Jrood, aged 22, has appeared before Perth Magistrates Court accused of grievous bodily harm, after an alleged assault on Thomas Keaney from Ballyconneely left him fighting for his life.
