PAC to hold emergency meeting with NAMA before Christmas

The Dáil's Public Accounts Committee is to hold an emergency hearing with NAMA before the Christmas break.

TDs have agreed to hold an extra hearing with NAMA officials to deal with allegations of sensitive information being leaked to investors.

The committee's chairman John McGuinness says NAMA are keen to deal with the reports before the Christmas break.

He said he wants to bring in NAMA's officials before the weekend to end the speculation.
