Woman arrested in connection with murder of elderly man

A woman in her forties is being detained by gardaí in Limerick in connection with the murder of 65-year-old Paddy Redmond in the city last month.

A woman in her 40s is being detained by gardaí in Limerick in connection with the murder of 65-year-old Paddy Redmond in the city last month.

Mr Redmond, who was originally from Dublin, was found dead from stab wounds at an apartment on Dock Road on November 10.
