Noonan: CRC pay top-ups 'unacceptable'

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan says the top-ups controversy at the Central Remedial Clinic is "unacceptable".

Last week, the CRC admitted that money raised as part of charitable donations was given to executives to top-up their salaries, taking them over and above the Department of Health's pay scales.
