Xtra-vision forced to reverse controversial move

Xtra-vision has been forced into a u-turn on a controversial idea customers claim was forcing them to spend more money.

The video chain has said it will no longer ask people who have pre-ordered an Xbox One to buy an extra game before they can collect the console.

Following complaints, Xtra-vision said it will offer refunds to any customer who did not want to make an extra purchase but was forced to do it.
