Delay avoided as Trust leader Allen set for court hearing today

A court hearing for Charles Allen has been arranged for today after issues which led to an earlier postponement were overcome.

Mr Allen, the leader of the controversial Rodolphus Allen Private Family Trust, was arrested at Lotamore House, Cork yesterday on foot of a bench warrant.
