Rapist 'with heart of gold' to be sentenced next week

A Wexford man will be sentenced next week at the Central Criminal Court for raping a Kildare woman while she slept.

Owen Power (20), who was described in testimonials as having “a heart of gold” and being a gentleman, had met then then 19-year-old victim briefly for the first time that night while they were both out socialising in Wexford.
