A lawyer for an Irish nanny charged over the death of a baby girl in the US has asked a judge to order prosecutors to provide more information on how the child died.

Aisling Brady McCarthy (aged 34) of Quincy, Massachusetts is charged with the murder of Rehma Sabir.
