Bomb planted in Belfast at police officer's car work of 'Neanderthals'
The North's First Minister's described as "Neanderthals" those who've planted a bomb under a police officer's car in Belfast.
A major operation is underway to diffuse the bomb in the east of the city.
It is the third such incident in this area of Peter Robinson's constituency in recent times.
He said the political progress made will not be broken by these people.
"I trust that the alertness that allowed this device to be discovered … indicates that the kind of information that is necessary for the PSNI to do their job is coming forward."
