Councillor who refused to represent 'black Africans' welcomed back to Fine Gael

Kildare County Councillor Darren Scully is to be taken back into the Fine Gael fold, one year and 8 months after his expulsion.

He caused a storm of controversy in November 2011, when he said that he would no longer make representations of behalf of Black Africans.
