Top judge to examine allegation against Circuit Court judge

The President of the High Court is examining allegations that a Circuit Court judge tried to interfere in a family law case.

Justice Nicholas Kearns and the President of the Circuit Court, Justice Raymond Groarke, are investigating the claims.
