Cork road cleared after ten-car crash

The N25 in Co Cork has been cleared after a ten-car crash there this morning.

Gardaí say nobody has been seriously injured in the crash which happened at the Little Island turn-off.

The N25 Carrigtwohill to Midleton Rd was blocked eastbound at Harpers Island following the collision this morning but has been cleared and there are no reports of injuries.

Frosty cold roads and fog created difficulties for motorists but gardaí say it is too early to say what caused the crash.
