Kenny: European leaders divided on precautionary second bailout for Ireland

The Taoiseach has said that other European leaders are divided on whether we need a precautionary second bailout in order to exit the Troika programme on December 15.

Enda Kenny has also revealed that any hope of getting our banking debt separated from the sovereign will not happen until the banking union is established.
