Over three quarters of employers sack staff without following procedure

Over three quarters of Irish business owners admit to sacking staff without following correct procedures.

This figure has increased from 64% in 2012.

New research from Peninsula Ireland shows that in addition, 48% of employers say they often dismiss someone purely out of anger and frustration.
