No need for rise in insurance premiums, claims board

The Personal Injuries Board has said there is no need for insurance premiums to go up, despite an increase in claims.

There was an rise of 10% in the number of new claims in the first six months of the year, but the injuries board has said claims volumes are currently slowing down.
