New Court of Appeal not the solution says constitutional lawyer

A constitutional lawyer said that a new Court of Appeal is not the solution to the backlog of appeals waiting to be heard by the Supreme Court.

Voters will have their say on Friday when they are asked in a referendum on whether a new Court of Appeal should be established.
