Man dies in Wicklow traffic accident

A man has died in a crash in Co Wicklow.

It happened on the N81 at Blessington at around 10.15am this morning.

The victim - who is aged in his 60s - died after his motorbike and a car were in collision at about a 10.15am this morning.

His body was taken to Tallaght Hospital, where a post mortem will take place later.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
