Martin: Taoiseach 'afraid or avoiding' referendum debate

The Fianna Fáil leader says the Taoiseach "is afraid or avoiding" a debate on the abolition of the Seanad.

Enda Kenny said in a radio interview this morning that there is plenty of time to debate the issue on the floor of the Dáil chamber.
